REALWELL BY Eve Buchanan-Graham
Eve is a certified Health Coach, passionate about using her personal experiences and training to guide and mentor busy midlife women to take control of their health before, during, or after menopause by making positive changes to lifestyle, nutrition and behaviours.
Eve works with clients on issues such as non-diet weight loss, poor sleep, stress, hormonal balance, and on finding the way of eating and living that works for each person as a unique individual. No fads, no strict regimes.
Working under her four pillars of holistic health: Real: Food, Real: Health, Real: Life, and Real: Love, Eve guides and mentors women to not only achieve their health goals, but to reconnect with who they are and what drives them outside of all the other roles that they play.
